The Mortara Surveyor S12 Patient Monitor is the ideal portable patient vital signs monitor, featuring a 12 inch touchscreen with an intuitive user interface and excellent visibility. Surveyor Patient Monitors are all-in-one devices that perform ECG and ST segment, non-invasive and invasive blood pressure, pulse oximetry (SpO2), capnography (CO2), carbon monoxide, respiration, heart rate, hemodynamic calculations, and 2-channel recording. The Surveyor S12 is lightweight and slim with extensive battery runtime and an integrated handle to improve its portability, so it can go where the patient goes. No matter the needs of your healthcare facility, monitors from Burdick Mortara provide efficient workflow in the office setting as well as comprehensive monitoring options for surgery centers, all backed by 30 years of cardiology expertise.

The Surveyor Patient Monitor offers convenient ECG options by providing the choice of using conventional patient cables for 3 and 5-lead ECGs, or pairing the monitor with the AM12 acquisition module (see ACCESSORIES tab) to add 12-lead diagnostic-quality ECG readings at a fraction of the expense of a separate ECG machine. With the AM12, the Surveyor utilizes the VERITAS resting ECG interpretation algorithm, offering gender and age specific interpretation that provides a silent second opinion. The S12 Vital Signs Monitor comes standard with a 5 Lead ECG Cable.

Surveyor S12 Patient Monitors are available with CO2 configurations that utilize Covidien’s unique Microstream technology to provide reliable waveform and numeric data through minimal patient sampling and efficient moisture filtering. Microstream is the only technology with alarm management algorithms designed for non-intubated applications, with a variety of sampling lines with or without supplemental oxygen delivery.

The S12 Monitor features a built-in thermal recorder (select models) for two channels and strip-chart printing of 2 waveforms (ECG, IBP, SpO2, or CO2) and includes an NIBP hose and one each adult, small adult, and large adult NIBP cuff, SpO2 sensor, and CO2 sample kit (CO2 configurations only).
